FAQ
 
1) Can I have more than one pet on the same account?
 
Yes. Simply use the "Create Pet Profile" link in the right navigation bar. They will then be added as family members to the first pet for whom you created a profile. 
 
2) What if I don't have a pet? Can I join?
 
Of course! Many people love pets but do not have one. FuzzPiing is a great way to connect with pets, learn about them, and enjoy all there is to enjoy until you actually have one.
 
3) What if I have a rabbit, hamster, bird, fish or other type of pet besides a cat/dog? Can I still join?
 
Yes. We welcome all pets. Simply choose the category "Other" when you create the pet profile and use the description box to give more details. 
 
4) What if I have a picture I want to upload, but it isn't digital? What do I do?
 
The best solution is to scan the photo and then convert it so I can be used on the web. If you don't have a scanner, you should go to the photo department of your local drugstore (CVS, Thrifty, Rite Aid, etc) and ask them for help.
 
5) How many pictures can I send with one text message?
 
You can send one picture per text message.
 
6) I scheduled 8 fuzzpiings for the same date but only 5 are showing up on my calendar for that date. Will the remaining 3 fuzzpiings be sent out as well?
 
You will only see the first 5 fuzzpiings you have scheduled for a certain date on your calendar. However, all fuzzpiings you scheduled for that date will be sent out.
 
7) Does sending Private Messages from my "Message Center" count against my message credits (fuzzpiings)?
 
No. Only sending fuzzpiings counts against your message credits.
 
8) Does sending out a "Lost then Found" message count against my message credits (fuzzpiings)?
 
No. Only sending fuzzpiings counts against your message credits.
 
9) Will unsuccessful messages (fuzzpiings) go against my message credit balance?
 
No. Only successful messages (fuzzpiings) are deducted from your message credit balance. If a message does not go through, but a credit is deducted, use "Contact" to let us know. Make sure to include your pet's name and your user name.
 
10) What happens if I go over my pre-purchased message credits (fuzzpiings)?
 
When you reach your maximum number of messages (fuzzpiings) no more messages will be sent out until you add more message credits to your account. Therefore, make sure to keep a close eye on your remaining fuzzpiings by checking the "Add FuzzPiings to Account" link.
 
11) When I do a search by zip code, pets in other zip codes pop up as well. Why is that?
 
When you search by zip code FuzzPiing will pull up everything in a 10 mile radius, which will include other zip codes close to your location.
 
12) How long after I report my pet lost on "Lost then Found" will it take for the community to be on alert for my pet?
 
Anyone who has their cell phone with them will receive the message immediately and be on alert. The message will also be sent to emails, so whenever a person next checks their email they will also be on alert.
 
13) Does FuzzPiing offer health advice for members with similar problems?
 
FuzzPiing as an organization does not provide health advice. However, you can search for other pets with similar health concerns and learn from them. You can use the search function to find these members.
 
14) Are there any hidden costs or charges?
 
No. We are very transparent, what you see is what you get.
 
15) How do I cancel my account?
 
Send us a message using “Contact” at the bottom of the page and we will cancel your account. Make sure to include your user name and pet(s) name. In the meantime, you can make your profile “Private” on the "Account & Settings" page so it will no longer be viewable by the community.
 
16) I found inappropriate content on your site. What do I do?
 
Please let us know immediately by using "Contact" and sending us any information you have about the member and content that has offended you.
 
17) What if I signed up and did not receive my confirmation email?
 
Make sure to check your junk email folder as it may get filtered there.  If you still are having issues, please use the "Contact" link at the bottom of the page and we will assist you in activating your account.
 
18) I love your site! Is their any way to say thank you?
 
Of course! Telling a friend about FuzzPiing is the best way to thank us. That way our community grows and more pets are connected and the joy of being a pet (and having a pet) is spread as far a possible.
 
19) What if my question was not answered here and I still need help?
